Procurement and Asset Manager

 Procurement and Purchasing:

   - Selecting and evaluating suppliers.

   - Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.

   - Managing contracts and maintaining supplier relationships.

 Demand and Supply Planning:

   - Analyzing and forecasting the needs for materials and goods.

   - Planning supply to prevent shortages or overstock.

Warehouse and Inventory Management:

   - Maintaining optimal inventory levels in warehouses.

   - Overseeing the flow of incoming and outgoing goods.

   - Ensuring the adherence to storage and safety principles in warehouses.

 Identification and Registration of Assets:

   - Creating and maintaining a precise system for recording and tracking all organizational assets.

 Maintenance and Repairs:

   - Planning and executing preventive maintenance and repairs of assets.

   - Managing maintenance and repair teams.

Asset Evaluation and Valuation:

   - Determining the current value and forecasting the future value of assets for optimal capital utilization.

 Monitoring and Controlling Assets:

   - Monitoring the operational status of assets.

   - Ensuring all assets are used correctly and preventing any misuse.

 Renewal of Assets:

   - Updating and replacing old assets with newer and more efficient assets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Work experience in warehouse management, asset management, and procurement.
• Familiarity with warehouse and asset management software (e.g., ERP).
• Capability to work with procurement management software.
• Effective communication skills with teams and suppliers.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for evaluating situations and proposing effective solutions.
• Attention to detail to prevent errors.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Not flexible working hours; must be present at the company from 8 AM to handle daily deliveries such as fruits and other daily purchases.
